Winter Village Express
The Winter Village Express will make its way from Downtown’s Whiting Station to Ybor and back on the TECO Line Streetcar. Join us for this one-hour, round-trip excursion that is fun for the entire family! Our trip features a holiday sing-a-long, holiday trivia, milk & cookies, and added surprises along the way.Dates: 11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15, 12/22
Silent Disco Fridays
Every Friday from 6-9pm! Silent Disco
headphones are first-come, first-serve.All headphones are the property of the Tampa Downtown
Partnership and must be returned.Headphones can be picked up from the Information Podium - in exchange for an ID.
Curling at Winter Village
Curling is available Wednesday through Sunday on a first-come, first-serve basis. Curling operates at the same hours as our food and beverage. Equipment can be picked up from the Winter Village Attendant at the Information Podium - in exchange for an ID. We ask that play on the court does not exceed 45 minutes to allow other guests the opportunity to play.

Santa Fest
Date: December 7The parade steps off at 1 p.m. beginning at Morgan Street and Madison Street. It travels west on Madison Street to Ashley Drive, turns north and ends at Ashley Drive and Cass Street. Best viewing is along Madison Street.After the parade through Downtown, come by Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park for Santa Fest entertainment and activities 1-4 p.m. Stay for Tampa's Tree Lighting ceremony at 6-6:30 p.m. See Mayor Castor and Santa Claus light up the tree.To learn more, click here.
On Bikes
Date: December 14The Onbikes Winter Wonder Ride is an annual holiday-themed bike ride through scenic downtown Tampa, alongside the Bayshore Boulevard waterfront, before it returns to Curtis Hixon Park for our incredible Winter Wonder Ride Concert and Dance Party. Every year thousands of riders show up wearing stunning variations of the theme for one of the biggest costume-themed bike rides in the world! Proceeds purchase new bicycles for kids and families throughout Tampa Bay.To learn more, click here.
Holiday Lighted Boat Parade
Date: December 21Tampa’s largest lighted boat parade will happen the Saturday before Christmas along the Hillsborough River in Tampa's Downtown. The parade begins at the southern tip of Davis Islands, travels through the Convention Center basin and up to the Heights where the boats will turn around and head to Sparkman Wharf where judging will occur and the parade will end.To learn more, click here.

Parking is available for a nominal rate at multiple locations adjacent to Winter Village presented by the Tampa Bay Lightning, including the William F. Poe Parking Garage north of Curtis Hixon Park. Click here for a full list of options.We encourage you to park once to enjoy the Winter Village, presented by the Tampa Bay Lightning, at Curtis Hixon Park and walk the beautiful Tampa Riverwalk to other Downtown destinations. How do I become a vendor for Winter Village?
The Shops at Winter Village, delivered by PODS® Moving and Storage, is full for the 2024 season. Please fill out our "Become A Vendor" form here to be considered for next year and other Partnership events.
Are Dogs Allowed?
Leashed dogs are welcome on the Tampa Riverwalk, Downtown parks, the dog park adjacent to Winter Village, and Winter Village event areas.
Dogs are not allowed on the ice rink.
Is The Winter Village Free To Attend?
Winter Village is free to attend and is open to all ages. The shops and café area feature specialty goods, food and drink for purchase. The ice rink requires paid admission to skate and for ice skating rentals.
Do I Have To Buy Ice Rink Tickets in Advance?
All visits must be reserved in advance by purchasing a timed ticket(s) online. Those who attempt the “walk‐up” purchase of tickets in person, will be shown a QR‐code to purchase tickets on their smartphones; if the present time is fully‐booked, the guest will be shown other available times to skate.
